We handle the full permit lifecycle โ€” from pre-application through issuance and closeout โ€” so your team stays focused on building. We cover jurisdictions nationwide, excluding the City of Atlanta.

Rates shown are typical starting ranges based on scope and jurisdiction; final pricing is confirmed after project review. Hourly work (when required) is billed at $75โ€“$125/hr. Agency permit fees, bonds, and third-party costs are passed through at cost and are not included in service fees.

After the Permit Closes

Post-Permit Cleanup & Site Restoration

Once work wraps, the right-of-way still has to be handed back clean โ€” debris cleared, surfaces restored, and the site left ready for final inspection.

Typical range: $300โ€“$1,200 per site depending on debris volume and site size; larger trench/boring restorations and multi-site bundles quoted individually. Cleanup is billed separately from permit expediting fees.
